Dunkin’ Brings Joy to Pediatric Patients

The Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation is on a mission to provide the simple joys of childhood to kids battling hunger or illness.

In Central Florida, Dunkin’ restaurants show support for Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children through two annual campaigns.

Leading with the slogan “Sip Iced, Bring Joy,” Dunkin’ celebrated Iced Coffee Day on May 23 by donating $1 from every iced coffee sold on this day to Orlando Health Arnold Palmer, with a total donation of $25,000 to support our Child Life Program.

A great coffee run is not complete without the perfect donut. This summer, Dunkin’ returned with the Gold Joy Donut to bring joy to kids battling cancer. From July 19 – August 5, customers who donated $2 to the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation received a free Gold Joy Donut as a thank you. Through this campaign, Dunkin’ restaurants raised over $20,000 to support The Haley Center for Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer.

We are thankful to Dunkin’ and the Joy in Childhood Foundation for their commitment to supporting local kids and families treated at our hospital. With additional generosity of donut and coffee donations throughout the year and fun experiences for patients, Dunkin’s efforts bring joy to so many at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer.
