    As a child, Mary witnessed her mother’s challenging battle with breast cancer at only 46 years old.  Fast forward 65 years, and Mary received her own diagnosis of invasive lobular carcinoma breast cancer and knew she had to act quickly.   • Craig H. Neilsen Foundation Grants a New Start for Those with Spinal Cord Injuries

    Orlando Health was recently awarded a $53,000 grant from the Craig H. Neilsen Foundation to help support those affected by spinal cord injury or disease. The grant, ‘Creating Opportunities for Independence’ was used to purchase adaptive exercise equipment and fund a one-year membership for up to 15 participants at a local gym.

  • Dunkin’ Iced Coffee Brings Joy to Local Kids

    On May 25, Dunkin’ restaurants across our community celebrated Iced Coffee Day in an extra special way. Through the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation, for every iced coffee sold on this day, $1 was donated to Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. In total, local Dunkin’ restaurants raised $30,000 for the kids and families served at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer.
