In 2024, Foxtail Coffee Co. generously held two fundraising campaigns, raising over $18,000 to support Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.
In the 2023/2024 school year, nearly 2,800 students at K-12 schools and universities across Central Florida participated in Miracle Network Dance Marathon to support Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. Special thanks to the many passionate and dedicated student leaders, advisors, participants, donors and corporate partners that helped make these events possible. Together, students across Central Florida are helping change the future of children's health.
The Bayfront Health Philanthropy Council welcomed friends, family, business and community leaders from across the St. Petersburg area to the Bayfront Medical Plaza for an evening focused on the mission of Bayfront Health. The first event held by the Council, which took place this past May, featured discussion of the priorities of Bayfront Health and plans to further evolve the hospital as the area’s most trusted leader for care.
Orlando Health team members care for patients beyond their medical treatments. For Karline Brown, a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Orlando Health Advanced Rehabilitation Institute, that holistic care involves addressing the change in personal relationships when a loved one transitions from a partner or family member, to their new role as patient caregiver.
Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC) along with Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children are the only Level One Trauma Centers in Central Florida. The Orlando Health Air Care Team provides critical care and trauma services for every age population. From burns to falls to car accidents to the most common - car versus pedestrian injuries - the flight team is dedicated to saving lives.
Bang! The noise coming from the second floor of her home sent Omaira quickly upstairs. She found that her daughter, Iris, had walked into a wall. Iris seemed fine physically, but she was confused and unaware of her surroundings. As a precaution, she took her daughter to the closest emergency department. They tested Iris for COVID-19 as she was displaying many symptoms of the virus, including fever and nausea. Returning home, they isolated Iris in her room while they waited on test results.
Walmart and Sam’s Club joined forces to spark positive change for local kids through their annual Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® campaign. Driven by the shared belief that every child deserves a chance to live a healthy life, Walmart and Sam’s Club team members, customers and members raised over $565,000 from June 10–July 7 for Orlando Health Arnold Palmer.

Myles came into the world tiny but mighty – weighing only 1 lb, 13 oz. His family nicknamed him “Miracle Myles” for overcoming many challenges while in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies. Today, at 10 years old, Myles is being treated for epilepsy at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.
