Panera Celebrates 20 Years of Supporting the Fight Against Breast Cancer

Enjoy a Pink Ribbon Bagel this month, and join the fight!

This October, Panera Bread is celebrating 20 years of supporting the fight against breast cancer through their seasonal Pink Ribbon Bagel®. This Cherry Vanilla Bagel is flavored with select ingredients including cherry chips, dried cherries, honey, vanilla and brown sugar, and is a seasonal staple specially shaped into a ribbon in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Each year, through their Pink Ribbon Bagel, Panera remains committed to supporting the breast cancer cause. The Orlando Health Foundation is proud to have a partner who has been dedicated to supporting breast cancer patients and survivors for over two decades.

“Panera has been a committed partner of the Orlando Health Foundation for many years. Their generosity and support of the breast cancer cause inspires us all to get involved in making a difference. Each year, the Pink Ribbon Bagel campaign provides needed funds to support the Orlando Health Cancer Institute and patients facing the fight of their lives. We are so thankful for their partnership and their dedication to supporting our community,” said Janet Morrow, Orlando Health Foundation Vice President – Corporate Partnerships.

The signature Pink Ribbon Bagels are being sold at participating Panera Bread bakery-cafés in Central Florida throughout the month of October, with a portion of the proceeds from each bagel sold to benefit Orlando Health Cancer Institute.
