Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital Physician Event

On February 9, Shawn Molsberger, President, Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital and Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital, in partnership with Orlando Health Foundation, hosted a fundraising event for physicians and his leadership team. With the new Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital coming out of the ground, this was a great opportunity to gather those closest to the project to celebrate how far we have come while also sharing about the role philanthropy will play within the new hospital.

The event took place at Lake Mary Events Center and provided an opportunity for our physicians and leaders to have a fun-filled and relaxed evening together. During the program there were several key speakers including Mayor David Mealor of Lake Mary and Orlando Health’s Chief Physician Officer, Jamal Hakim, MD. There was an impressive turn out of physicians and leaders at the event, and since then, there has been an overwhelming amount of philanthropic support.

With our very own physicians and leaders investing in our mission, we now get to share this powerful message with the community as we begin fundraising with those outside of our organization.
