In addition to their financial support, the Wolovnicks host an annual private golf tournament, affectionately known as the Wolovnick Cup. Through this event, Julie and Jared introduce friends and family to the mission of Orlando Health. The weekend includes multiple days of golf at some of the best Central Florida golf courses, including Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club & Lodge. In total, they have raised approximately $300,000 from this tournament alone for Orlando Health Arnold Palmer. The event in 2022 raised over $115,000.

“Julie and I are proud to support Orlando Health because it combines quality healthcare with a caring heart. Having visited the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit several times and having used many of the different departments within the hospital for our own family health issues, we can say without reservation that Orlando Health is the best hospital system for anyone looking for the best in healthcare,” says Jared.

Julie and Jared have each held a life-long value of giving back and understand the impact philanthropy has in the lives of others. Through their involvement with Orlando Health, the Wolovnicks have had a substantial impact on our success and ability to provide high-level healthcare in Central Florida.

The Wolovnicks began sharing their generosity with Orlando Health in 2011, and since then have given to our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies, The Howard Phillips Center for Children and Families, part of Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and our adult hospitals. Jared also serves on our Orlando Health Children’s Philanthropy Council.
