Throughout the month, and year-round, The Howard Phillips Center for Children & Families is dedicated to raising awareness and critical funds to support programs that identify, treat and prevent child abuse.

In the last seven years, The Howard Phillips Center’s Healthy Families program has proven to be 98% effective in breaking the cycle of child abuse. Through parental support and training, family counseling and state-wide advocacy measures - we are changing the face of abuse in our community every day.

Each year, thousands of pinwheels are "planted" throughout Central Florida as we, along with community supporters, "Paint Orlando Blue”! Each garden contains 98 pinwheels, a tie-back to the important work occurring in the fight against child abuse.
