Panera Bread Supports Young Heart Patients

Central Florida Panera Bread® locations continued their heartfelt tradition, donating over $26,000 to The Heart Center at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children through their annual Heart Cookie campaign.

From February 1–14, Panera Bread locations across Central Florida donated 100% of the proceeds from Heart Cookie sales to support children receiving cardiac care. On Valentine’s Day, our partners at Panera Bread brought Heart Cookies for young patients to decorate at the annual Heart Party. We are grateful to Panera Bread for their continued support and commitment to making a difference for patients like Cora.

Meet Cora

Born with a complex congenital heart defect (CHD), Cora faced the risk of brain and organ damage without urgent medical intervention. At less than a week old, she underwent open-heart surgery at The Heart Center at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer.

Now, Cora is thriving — reaching milestones and enjoying life with her family, who remain forever grateful for the exceptional care she received and the compassionate team who supported them.
