Wawa Brings the Magic of the Season to Local Families

Each year, the holiday season brings moments of connection, comfort and joy, and this year, Wawa and The Wawa Foundation once again played a special role in making that magic come to life for the children and families we serve.

As part of their longstanding partnership with Orlando Health, Wawa once again served as Presenting Sponsor of this year’s Holiday Party at The Howard Phillips Center for Children and Families, part of Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.

On December 5, families, team members and community partners gathered to celebrate the holiday season, and what community looks like when we all come together. Through their Community Care Vehicle, Wawa greeted families with the smell of hot chocolate and coffee and offered delicious treats and fun giveaways.

Beyond the fun and festivities, Wawa’s presence highlighted their ongoing dedication to strengthening and uplifting the families who rely on Orlando Health. Through generous grants, event support, in-store fundraising and thoughtful in-kind donations, Wawa and The Wawa Foundation continue to help us deliver compassionate care and meaningful experiences for patients year-round.

As we wrap up another season of gratitude, we extend our heartfelt thanks to Wawa for bringing holiday joy to our families and for standing beside us in our mission to support children in our community.
