Orlando Health Hosts Spinal Cord Injury Clinic

On October 28th and 29th, Orlando Health, in thanks to a grant from Paralyzed Veterans of America( PVA), hosted a two-day course on the continuum of spinal cord injury treatment from admission to the hospital to discharge. The conference was meant to expand a provider’s knowledge of spinal cord injuries and provide a framework for treatment.

Morgan, a 12-year old Labradoodle, and Tiberious, an 11-year old Chow, are dogs with jobs. Every week, they visit behavioral health patients at Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital as part of the PetSmart Paws for Hope program.
