Brain Aneurysm Virtual 5k

In honor of Brain Aneurysm Awareness month in September, Orlando Health patient Conor and his family held a virtual 5K event. In February of 2020, Conor suffered two brain aneurysms and a brain bleed, and had to have an emergency craniotomy at the Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC) where he would remain to recover for 6-8 weeks.

The proceeds raised from the virtual 5k event were donated to the Neuroscience department at ORMC. Conor’s sister, Michaela, says “it is important to our family that Dr. Foreman and his staff know how much we appreciate the wonderful work that they do. We are forever grateful.”
