U.S. News & World Report has ranked Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children among its “Best Children’s Hospitals” rankings. It is the only children’s hospital in Orlando to make the list.

The hospital was recognized as a “Best Children’s Hospital” in seven pediatric specialties:
#33 in cardiology and heart surgery
#43 in diabetes and endocrinology
#30 in gastroenterology and gastrointestinal surgery
#42 in neurology and neurosurgery
#39 in orthopedics
#27 in pulmonology
#25 in urology

The “Best Children’s Hospitals” rankings highlight U.S. News & World Report’s top 50 U.S. pediatric facilities in cancer, cardiology and heart surgery, diabetes and endocrinology, gastroenterology and GI surgery, neonatology, nephrology, neurology and neurosurgery, orthopedics, pulmonology and urology. Based on a combination of clinical data and reputation surveys of pediatric specialists, 83 hospitals ranked in at least one specialty.
